Containers are assigned based on availability and the grade selected. While a specific unit or color cannot be guaranteed, all containers meet the condition standards of the grade purchased.

We offer multiple container grades, including used As-Is WWT (Wind & Water Tight), cargo-worthy containers, and one-trip (new) containers. Availability varies by location.

Yes. All containers are structurally sound and weather-tight unless otherwise stated in the listing or invoice.

Used containers may show surface rust, dents, or scratches from normal service. These are cosmetic only and do not affect structural integrity or weather-tightness.

In most cases, customer pre-inspections are not available due to depot restrictions. However, our drivers inspect every container prior to loading to ensure it meets the grade and description of your order.

Container pricing does not automatically include delivery. Delivery availability and pricing depend on your location. Please ensure your site is ready for delivery with level ground, clear access, and no obstructions.

Delivery timelines vary by location and container availability. Estimated delivery windows are provided once your order is confirmed. If you are ready to accept delivery immediately, we often deliver within 7 days.

Delivery requires sufficient clearance for a tilt-bed or roll-off truck. Clear, level ground and adequate turning space are required. Containers are unloaded in a straight line, so a minimum of 100 feet of clear space in front of the final placement location is typically needed.

Drivers will make every reasonable effort to place the container as requested. Final placement depends on site access, ground conditions, and safety at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns, please let us know prior to delivery—photos or videos are very helpful.

Yes. Someone must be present at delivery to confirm placement unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
